r.i.p. octavia butler 1947-2006

what can one say about the passing of a writer with so much heart, talent, and unbound creativity to fathom a ppl destined for the stars?

last night i flew into houston to care for my mother and support my brother and sister. but as it always is, pain, life, death, don't just exist in one's own life - it is abound.

thank you ms. butler, for your artwork.
